Welcome to ClawHQ. These terms govern your use of our platform, apps, and services. By using ClawHQ, you agree to these terms.
What ClawHQ Does
ClawHQ is a platform for deploying and managing AI agents. We provide cloud hosting, multi-channel integrations (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Slack, and more), a web dashboard, iOS app, and desktop app. You pick the AI model, connect your channels, and we handle the infrastructure.
Who Can Use ClawHQ
You must be at least 18 years old. When you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. If you're using ClawHQ on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
What You Can't Do
- Use the service for anything illegal
- Try to access systems you shouldn't
- Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
- Reverse engineer our software
- Game usage limits with automation
- Resell access without a Business plan
- Generate content that violates AI provider policies
About AI Content
AI responses are informational only — not legal, financial, or medical advice. We're not responsible for what an AI says. Always review and verify output before acting on it.
Your API Keys
If you use BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) mode, you're responsible for your keys. We encrypt them with AES-256 at rest, but we're not liable for charges from unauthorized access to your account.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime — it takes effect at the end of your current period. We'll give you 30 days notice before changing prices. Refunds are at our discretion.
Uptime
We work hard to keep things running, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We're not liable for downtime caused by our AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek) or other third-party services.
Your Data
You own your data. We don't sell it. We don't use your conversations to train models. You can delete everything anytime. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
ClawHQ's code, design, and branding are ours. Content you create using the service — including AI-generated output — is yours.
Termination
We can suspend accounts that violate these terms. If that happens, you'll have 30 days to export your data before it's deleted.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawHQ isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability won't exceed what you paid us in the past 12 months.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes get 30 days notice via email or in-app. Continuing to use ClawHQ after changes means you accept them.
